Our Leadership
Founder
With over 40 years in professional football — first as a decorated player across Brazil, Spain, and Portugal, then as a coach and manager in the United States — Carlos Santos founded Inter United to bridge the gap between talented athletes and global opportunities. His methodology, built from both Brazilian flair and European structure, has shaped hundreds of careers at every level of the game.
International Relations
Jadir Adilson Gregorius is Inter United's Director of International Relations, leading the agency's global expansion strategy and cross-border business development. With deep expertise in international markets, he builds and maintains the institutional partnerships that connect athletes in the Americas with professional clubs and opportunities in Europe and beyond. His strategic vision drives Inter United's growth as a truly global organization.
